R & L Land Services was founded by Royce Latty, an experienced equipment operator with a lifelong appreciation for hard work and the satisfaction that comes from improving a piece of land.

Growing up, Royce spent countless hours farming and running equipment alongside his father. Those early years taught him the importance of doing things the right way, paying attention to the details, and taking pride in the finished product. What started as lessons learned on the farm grew into a genuine passion for working the land.

While Royce has continued to stay connected to the industry over the years, he always knew he wanted to build something of his own. R & L Land Services was created from that vision—a chance to combine a lifelong passion for operating equipment and working the land with a commitment to providing dependable, high-quality service to property owners throughout North Georgia and surrounding areas.

Today, he brings that same work ethic, experience, and attention to detail to every project, treating each property with the care and respect it deserves.

The name R & L carries a special meaning. It represents both Royce and his father, whose shared initials reflect the roots of the business, as well as Royce and his wife, Lanie, whose support and partnership help make the business possible.

Whether he's clearing land, grading a driveway, solving drainage issues, or preparing a site for its next purpose, Royce approaches every project with the same mindset: show up, work hard, communicate honestly, and leave the property better than he found it.
